Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ScrollOff ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
ScrollOff is an iOS application designed to help users manage their screen time through a credit-based system. Users earn time credits by staying away from selected apps and can spend those credits for temporary access ("peek") when needed.
Subscriptions
Available Subscription Tiers
ScrollOff offers the following subscription options:

Prices shown in USD. Actual prices may vary by region and are determined by the App Store.
Auto-Renewal Terms
- Subscription Length: Monthly subscriptions renew every month. Annual subscriptions renew every year.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Free Trial
- Pro subscription includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ScrollOff
- Choose Cancel Subscription or modify your plan
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
In-App Purchases
Emergency Tokens
ScrollOff offers consumable in-app purchases called "Emergency Tokens" that provide temporary access to blocked apps. These are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
User Responsibilities
By using ScrollOff, you agree to:
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Take responsibility for your own screen time management decisions
Intellectual Property
ScrollOff and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Sugrowth and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Screen Time API Usage
ScrollOff uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) to provide app blocking functionality. This is used solely for:
- Allowing you to select apps to block
- Displaying shield screens on blocked apps
- Monitoring when blocked apps are accessed to deduct credits
All Screen Time data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. In summary: we collect no data, and everything stays on your device.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sugrowth operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple's Standard EULA
In addition to these terms, your use of ScrollOff is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
